Cocomelon Photo Experience

Meet the Characters of CoCoMelon: Sing-A-Long LIVE!

In this exclusive post show experience, you and your family will have the opportunity to make a lasting memory of your visit by taking a photo alongside Ms Appleberry and JJ!

Here’s how it works: Photo Experience ticket purchasers should go to the Will Call window at the Box Office on the show day to pick up their photo experience passes and after-show instructions. Each adult and child in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket to attend and participate in the Photo Experience. The Photo Experience will start shortly after the end of show. Please make sure to bring your camera, as you will want to capture every moment!

**Admission to the performance is not included in the Photo Experience ticket. This is a separate upgrade that must be purchased in advance.

**Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. Each Child, Parent or Guardian must have a show ticket as well as a Photo Experience ticket to attend.

Clear Bag Policy

The Bon Secours Wellness Arena has a clear bag policy. Complimentary clear bags are available on a limited basis to guests attending events. Advance notifcation regarding this policy is provided to each guest via email if tickets were purchased at the GSP International Airport Box Office or Ticketmaster.com

Each ticketed guest will be permitted to carry one large clear bag, either a Ziploc style bag or a 12”x6”x12” (or smaller) clear bag, plus a small wallet or clutch that must not exceed 5.5"x8.5". The small wallet or clutch must be carried into the venue outside the clear bag and is subject to search.

More information on the clear bag policy can be found here.

Cashless Concessions

All food & beverage concessions inside the arena no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Please plan accordingly as you prepare to visit the arena for future events. Debit and credit cards along with mobile payments (i.e. Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be the only forms of payment accepted for concessions.

Exchange your cash for gift cards

In an effort to provide faster service and a more convenient experience, all food and beverage concessions inside the arena have transitioned to a cashless payment system. Debit, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) are accepted methods of payment.

No card? No smart phone? No problem. We understand some guests may still prefer to use cash, so we’ve got you covered. If you need to exchange cash for a Visa gift card, visit the inside window of the GSP International Airport Box Office at the arena at the start of the show. Visa gift cards can be used throughout the arena and anywhere else Visa is accepted.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to enhance the event experience for all!

Sensory Guide

The Sensory Suite at Bon Secours Wellness Arena is located at Section 105! This space is specifically designed to meet the unique sensory needs of guests that may have difficulty processing the sights and sounds of a typical arena show.

Key features of the suite that will make this possible include sound and light dampening glass to enclose the suite, soft seating options, a de-escalation space with a privacy curtain and calming sensory accessories.

Bon Secours Wellness Arena also offers Friendly Access Sensory Safety Kits to guests at all events. Friendly Access Sensory Safety Kits are designed to support individuals of all ages with a variety of sensory needs.  Loud noises and bright lights can often make it difficult or confusing for an individual with Autism, Dementia, a traumatic brain injury, or other sensory disabilities, to enjoy an event.

Each kit includes an assortment of useful tools to help guests enjoy an event with greater comfort. Kits are free to use and can be picked up at Guest Services outside section 117.

For more information, please check out our sensory guide.
