ADA Parking

A limited number of Accessible parking spaces are located in the Premium Seat Parking Lot between the parking garage and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. There is a fee to park and spaces are available on a first-come first serve basis. Additional spaces are located on the lower level of the Church St. parking garage. All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decal displayed from the rear-view mirror or have an applicable license plate.

ADA Elevators

Public elevators are available in the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Elevators are located at the First Citizens Bank entrance and at the Furman University entrance. Additional elevators are located in the parking garage. These elevators are designated as preferred use for guests with disabilities.

ADA Entrance

Though all of our entrances are ADA accessible, the Furman University entrance is adjacent to accessible parking spaces. 

ADA Restrooms

All public restrooms are designed to be accessible to our guests with disabilities. Guests will find accessible features such as stalls, sinks, mirrors, and paper towel dispensers.

ADA Seating

The Bon Secours Wellness Arena is equipped with three public accessible seating areas located at sections 116B, 105B, and 111B. In addition, there are individual seats in the upper-level seating and floor seating when applicable.

The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, State, and local government, public accommodations, commercial facilities, transportation, and telecommunications. The ADA seating areas are reserved for ADA persons and their companions only. If you do not meet ADA requirements you will not be permitted to sit in our ADA seating.

To be protected by the Federal ADA law, one must have a disability or have a relationship or association with an individual with a disability attending the event. We reserve the right to re-seat or remove any guests from the property who violate the Federal ADA laws.

Administrative Offices and Hours

Our offices are located at 650 N Academy Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The administrative office is open Monday- Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Alcohol

South Carolina and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The number of alcoholic beverages served may be limited to two drinks per person, per purchase.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are discontinued approximately forty-five (45) minutes before the end of the event. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking.

ATM

ATMs are located throughout the concourse, located outside sections 101 and 113.

Audio and Video Equipment Policy

Video cameras are NEVER allowed at a concert. Professional cameras with removable lenses and flash attachments are normally prohibited. Management for any show has the right to change the camera policies.  Guests who do not comply with the above policies should note that the Bon Secours Wellness Arena staff and/or representatives from any shows or events reserves the right to confiscate any tape, film, memory card or recording equipment. Any of these confiscated items may become property of the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, the show or event and the contents of anything on the memory cards or storage devices, including all photographs/video already on the camera not related to the concert/event, may be erased. Bag Search

Touchless Weapon Detection: Visitors will move quickly through security checkpoints at a seamless pace, knowing they’re well-protected everywhere inside the venue.

Banners and Signs

Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may also be prohibited, if requested by the event.

Box Office

The GSP International Airport Box Office at Bon Secours Wellness Arena is open Monday- Friday from 10am-2pm. Weekend hours vary by event. When purchasing tickets, you may park temporarily in the area in front of the box office. There is a 10 minute parking limit. 

Tickets for events at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena can be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet online at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the GSP International Airport Box Office at Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

When purchasing tickets at the GSP International Airport Box Office, you will be charged a small box office fee and any additional taxes or ticketing fees that may apply.

Camera Policy

Small, non-professional cameras are generally acceptable for most shows. If an event has a specific camera policy, it is usually posted to the Event Information page approximately 24-48 hours prior to the event date.

Cancelled/ Postponed Events

When an event is cancelled, refunds will be given. When you purchase a ticket, you do so with the understanding that no refunds or exchanges will be issued if an event plays as scheduled.

Cashless Concession Purchases

In an effort to provide faster service and a more convenient experience, all food and beverage concessions inside the arena have transitioned to a cashless payment system. Debit, credit cards, and mobile payment options (Apple Pay & Google Pay) are accepted methods of payment.

No card? No smart phone? No problem. We understand some guests may still prefer to use cash, so we’ve got you covered. If you need to exchange cash for a Visa gift card, visit the inside window of the GSP International Airport Box Office at the arena at the start of the show. Visa gift cards can be used throughout the arena and anywhere else Visa is accepted.

Please plan accordingly as you prepare to visit the arena for future events. Debit and credit cards along with mobile payments (i.e. Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be the only forms of payment accepted for concessions. Cash may still be used at the GSP International Box Office to purchase tickets.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under the age of 2 are free at most Bon Secours Wellness Arena events, but must sit on someone’s lap. If the child is 2 or older, you will have to purchase a ticket. Any show has the right and authority to change the minimum age for which a ticket must be purchased. Please be sure to check the event information for each show.

Concessions

Concessions are available during events throughout the Arena concourse. Levy is the food and beverage partner at the arena and offers many types of food including hot dogs, popcorn, and Moe's Southwest Grill. 

Beginning January 1, 2023 food & beverage concessions will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Use a gift card around the venue.

Corporate Partnerships

Designated Driver Program

Fans of legal drinking age, with a valid I.D., can sign the Designated Driver pledge sponsored by Geico.  Upon sign-up, the designated driver pledges to refrain from drinking at the concert and provide responsible transportation for all members of their group.  In return, designated drivers will receive a free coupon for a soft drink or bottled water.

Directions

Distribution of Materials

The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on BSWA property without prior written authorization.

Door Times

For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to the start time of the event. However, this can vary by event so please check the specific event page.

Elevators

The main elevator for patrons is located near the Entegra Bank Entrance across from section 101.

First Aid

The First Aid/EMS Station is located on the main concourse outside of section 105/106. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.

Food and Beverage

Internships

Interpretive Services

Bon Secours Wellness Arena can provide sign language interpretation for guests that are deaf/hard of hearing. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. For details, please email or call  864-241-3800.

Intoxicated Guests

It is important that we keep a safe environment for all of our guests. With that in mind, individuals may be removed from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena for fighting, jumping the rail to get to the floor when they do not have a floor ticket, being a minor in possession of alcohol, handing alcohol to a minor, being unruly or too intoxicated for their own safety, or conducting any illegal activity. Anyone asked to leave will not receive re-entry or refund of any kind.

Job Opportunities

Lost and Found

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at the SPINX Guest Services desk outside section 116/117. For inquiries following an event, please call 864-241-3800 during normal business hours. If urgent visit the 24 hour security office located inside of the loading dock at BSWA. Use address 650 N. Academy Street to find the parking lot and the security door is to the right of the loading ramps. 

Lost or Stolen Ticket

The Bon Secours Wellness Arena may not be able to reprint tickets should they be misplaced. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster and have misplaced your tickest, please call 800-653-8000. If you purchased your tickets at the GSP International Airport Box Office at Bon Secours Wellness Arena and have misplaced your tickets, please call 864.241.3800.

Media Access

All media request must be made in advance. Submit a media credential request.

Numerous merchandise booths are available throughout the Arena during events.

Nursing Suite

Nursing mothers have a private space on-site that offers them and their babies a comfortable environment. The Mothers Nusring Suite is located near section 106. 

Outside Food and Beverage

No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the Arena.

Paperless Tickets

If you purchased a paperless ticket,  you will need to bring the purchasing credit card along with your entire party when entering the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Your purchasing credit card will be swiped upon entry and this will act as your ticket to enter the arena. Please note that credit cards may only be swiped once, so please be sure that everyone in your party is together at time of entry.

Party on the Plaza

Weather permitting, the Arena will open the Plaza prior to doors for a Party on the Plaza. Come early and enjoy music and games with beer, wine and snacks available for purchase. This is not available for every show, so please check the specific event show page for details.

The Terrace, presented by Pepsi

The Terrace, presented by Pepsi is our newest outdoor space and is open for all shows, weather permitting, offering beer, wine spirits and snacks for purchase. Occasionally it will open prior to doors for concerts and events for food and beverage happy hour specials. Check each individual event page for details on specials.

Protesting Policy

GREENVILLE ARENA DISTRICT OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZED PROTESTORS AND DEMONSTRATORS
  1. Any person or organization wishing to protest or demonstrate on the grounds of the Bon Secours Wellness Arena (“BSWA Property”) may do so only in the areas designated (“Protest Areas”) on the map attached hereto. Anyone protesting or demonstrating outside of the Protest Areas who refuses to stay in the Protest Areas will be asked to leave the BSWA Property.
  2. As with all visitors to the BSWA Property or its surrounding property, any person or organization wishing to protest or demonstrate on the BSWA Property shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including guidelines of the Greenville Arena District. Any person violating these laws or guidelines may be required to vacate the BSWA Property.
  3. Any person who has a question or complaint about this procedure should contact the Greenville Arena District’s Executive Director or her designee.

Refunds and Exchanges

Restrooms

BSW Arena offers a total of 8 restrooms including 1 unisex/family restroom. All restrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Season Tickets

Season tickets for the Greenville Swamp Rabbits can be purchased by contacting the Swamp Rabbit Front Office at 864-674-PUCK.

Standing

When you buy a ticket, it gives you the right to sit in your seat and enjoy the concert. It also gives you the right to stand or dance IN FRONT OF YOUR SEAT. People are not allowed to sit, stand or dance on the stairs, in the aisles, or in the section entrances.

Swamp Rabbit Hockey

The Bon Secours Arena is home to the Greenville Swamp Rabbits of the ECHL. Tickets can be purchased at the GSP International Airport Ticket Office (in person only), at any Ticketmaster outlet, online at Ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000.

Ticket Scalping

Getting your tickets directly through our website and Ticketmaster.com is the absolute safest way to attend events at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Elsewhere you risk not only paying more but also literally being left out in the cold with a counterfeit ticket. 

Tickets for events at Bon Secours Wellness Arena may be purchased at the following authorized points of purchase: in person at the GSP International Airport Box Office at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena or online via Ticketmaster.com.

Trolley

Ride the Downtown Trolley to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena! The Arena Events Route will accommodate riders to Arena Events, beginning 60 minutes prior to the event’s start time for some events. Visit the Greenlink page for more information. 

Water Fountains

Accessible water fountains and Greenville Water water bottle refill stations are available throughout the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Wheelchairs

Wicked Weed Green Room

This is the ultimate pre-show destination to meet friends and enjoy the full-service bar. Open to all ticket purchasers.  

For most concerts, the Wicked Weed Green Room (formerly known as Stella Lounge) is behind a curtain with no view of the performance, and because of this, the Lounge normally closes after the main act takes the stage. However the lounge is a great place to watch Greenville Swamp Rabbit Hockey Games. 

Wi-Fi

"BSWAFanWiFi" is a free Wi-Fi network where fans connect during their visits to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. 

Will Call

Tickets you have purchased online or over the phone through Ticketmaster as WILL CALL may be picked up in advance at the GSP International Airport Ticket Office at Bon Secours Wellness Arena during normal business hours (10am – 2pm Monday through Friday) or the day of show. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order number. The Box Office will not be responsible for unclaimed tickets.
